The Understanding and Regulating My Emotions workshop is designed to help participants understand, identify, and regulate their emotions in a healthy way. Through practical tools, the workshop aims to strengthen emotional intelligence, improve self-regulation, and promote personal well-being and healthy interpersonal relationships.

This workshop is aimed at young people and teenagers between the ages of 12 and 27 who are interested in developing emotional skills for their daily lives in a safe, guided environment.
